Deepening SSE Methods: Storytelling, Theatre and Role-Play with children were the topics. The participants brought their favourite story to the seminar. After the initial input on the essential aspect of storytelling, all participants told their story and the group translated one of them into a theatre performance.

In the second seminar phase, the subject ‘Theatre with children’ was focussed upon. The historical background of drama in European culture, and the objectives of theatre-work with children based on many examples were worked out.

‘Educational Role-Play’ with children is an impressive way to understand the consequences of actions on all levels of our being. The different elements of the role-play were discussed: the choice of situation, the choice and take-over of the role, the tasks of the observing participants and the task of the role-play-leader.
