The program of the weekend featured a unique seminar based on Leadership. The seminar was customized to the specific requests and special needs of the 10 participants. The two-day long seminar focused on the detailed discussion of topics such as leadership skills, group dynamics, the organizational ways of spreading SSEHV to the public, and also particular attention was dedicated to discuss challenges in personal, organizational and professional life within the frames of interactive workshops. The participants found the presentations of the ESSE Institute instructors as well as the workshops very useful. According to the feedback received from them, the seminar provided strong further inspiration to use human values in everyday life situations, with also some stating that they received inspiration to continue their work on self-awareness. Some participants indicated that they also felt a renewal in their commitment to continue their personal transformation, while others had revelations such as the capability of applying human values in solving work-related conflicts or new means to inspire others in working together. It was also agreed that cooperation in a group of people working together is essential, and the workshops provided good answers on how to build up such cooperation through influencing the group dynamics and exercising leadership skills appropriately.
